Daily Routine
- Set the three (3) most important tasks for today;
- single-task - when working on a task do not switch to others;
- process email inbox to empty;
- check email no more than twice a day;
- exercise five-to-ten minutes a day;
- work disconnected from the Internet - no distractions;
- follow a morning routine;
- eat fruit & vegetables every day;
- declutter desk;
- say no to commitments that do not benefit you;
- declutter house;
- five-sentence limit for emails.
